The process of manufacture involves molecular sieve adsorption, liquid argon self cooling and twin towers for crude argon distillation.

The purified raw argon gas enters an efficient plate heat exchanger for heat exchange with the back flow polluted argon gas and product argon. When it is cooling, the raw gas comes out of the bottom of the main heat exchanger and enters the bottom evaporator of the distillation tower. After liquefaction, it is depressurized by a throttle valve and combined with the supplementary liquid argon before being sent into the upper part of the distillation tower as a reflux liquid. Through multiple distillation on the tower plate, high-purity liquid argon will be obtained at the bottom of the tower which is then throttled by the throttle valve and fed into the condenser at the top of the distillation tower. Finally, it is converted into argon gas through gasification. Argon gas is used as the product in the main heat exchanger for reheating and is directly supplied to users.
